ClassNK e-Certificateサービス利用規約／Terms and Conditions

この利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は，一般財団法人日本海事協会（以下「弊会」といいます。）が弊会ウェブサイト上で提供する電子証書発行サービス（以下「本サービス」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。登録ユーザーの皆さま（以下「ユーザー」といいます。）には，本規約に従って本サービスをご利用いただきます。
These Terms and Conditions (“terms”) sets out the terms and conditions for using e-Certificate Service (“this service”) on our website provided by Nippon Kaiji Kyokai (“this Society”).Registered User (“user”) shall use this Service in accordance with these terms.
- 1.適用／Basic Terms
本規約はユーザーと弊会との間の本サービスの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。
These Terms and Conditions represent the entirety of the agreement between the User and this Society.
- 2.免責事項／Limitation of liabilities
本サービスの利用に起因するいかなる損失、損害または費用について弊会は責任を負いません。弊会は、本サービスの運用を予告なしに中断または中止することがあります。中断または中止に起因する損失、損害又は費用について弊会は責任を負いません。
This Society shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense caused by using this service. Although this service may be subject to suspension or termination of operation without prior notification, this Society shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising in connection with such suspension or termination.
- 3.利用登録／Registration
本サービスの利用には予めNK-SHIPSインターネットサービスの登録が必要となります。未登録の場合、先にNK-SHIPSインターネットサービス利用をお申込みください。(http://www.classnk.or.jp/hp/ja/activities/portal/nk-ships.html)
Prior to using this service, registration to the NK-SHIPS Internet Service is required. If not yet registered, please first register for this service. (http://www.classnk.or.jp/hp/en/activities/portal/nk-ships.html)
- 4.電子ファイルおよび情報の管理／Management of electronic data and information
- (1)本サービスよりダウンロードされた電子証書ファイル（PDFファイル）、および、通知メールの管理とその使用に関しての責任は、全てユーザーが負うものとします。
The User shall be responsible for the management and usage of downloaded e-Certificate (PDF file) from this service and notification Emails.
- (2)弊会は、ユーザーによる電子データおよび情報の管理上の過失、および、第三者の利用により生じたいかなる損失、損害を被った場合でも弊会は責任を負いません。
This Society shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense caused by fault of user’s management of electronic data and information.
- 5.e-Certificate発行通知／Notification Email of issuance of e-Certificate
e-Certificate発行通知はNK-SHIPSインターネットサービスに登録されたEmailアドレスに自動送信いたします。発行通知の送信先の追加・変更等をご希望の場合は、検査担当支部・事務所迄ご連絡下さい。
An Email notification regarding Email of issuance of e-Certificate is automatically sent to Email addresses which are registered for the NK-SHIPS Internet Service. To add or change the Email address, please contact the survey office in charge.
- 6.利用料金／Fee
- (1)本サービス利用の如何にかかわらず、所定の料金表に基づき証書発行手数料および賦課金（サーチャージ）が発生します。
Issuance fee and government surcharge for each certificate will be charged based on the tariff regardless of using this service.
- (2)本サービスは追加料金なくご利用いただけますが、本サービスを利用するために必要となる通信費（電子証書のダウンロードおよび有効性確認のために発生する通信費を含む）、および、通信・印刷機器、印刷費用等は、ユーザーにより準備するものとします。
No extra fee for using this service will be charged. However, any relevant communication costs (including the cost of downloading electronic certificates and access to the verification site), communication devices, printers and printing costs etc. are to be borne by the user.
- 7.解約／Cancellation
- (1)本サービスは以下の場合に解約されます。
This service is cancelled in the case of following;
- -1.電子証書発行・利用を承認されていない旗国への国籍変更
Change vessel’s flag to the country which is not approved to issue/use of e-Certificate.
- -2.本サービスを解約する旨の通知を弊会が受けたとき
When this Society receives a notification of cancellation of the use of this service.
- (2)ユーザーが本サービスの解約を希望される場合は、弊会船級部(Email: nkecert@classnk.or.jp)までメールにてご連絡下さい。
To cancel this service, please contact our Classification Department by Email (Email: nkecert@classnk.or.jp).
- 8.著作権／Copyright
本ウェブサイトに掲載されたコンテンツ（文書、画像、図表等）の著作権は、弊会に帰属します。また、営利、非営利を問わず、無断転載を禁止します。
Copyright and all other intellectual property rights of the contents (documents, graphic presentations, figures and tables) provided by this website belong to and shall remain the intellectual property of the society. Unauthorized reproduction of the contents is prohibited regardless of whether it is for business or for private use.
- 9.サービス内容,利用規約の変更／Change of terms and conditions
- (1)弊会は、ユーザーにあらかじめ通知することなくいつでも本サービスの内容や仕様の変更、または本サービスの提供を中止することができるものとし、これによってユーザーに生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change of content, specifications or terminate this service at any time without prior notification. This Society shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense caused by changes to the service.
- (2)弊会は、ユーザーにあらかじめ通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。
